Food

From CyborgCamp Portland

Food really depends on location. If we do the camp in NW, Elephant's is a good bet. SE is Nickolas delicious greek food. Both options will probably cost $1,000 for 120 people. We need a contact who is used to dealing with large orders of food.

Volunteers are needed to pick up bagels and fruit in the morning, and setup breakfast food early. Volunteers are needed to clean up as well. Volunteers for lunch need to set up lunch food and clean up afterwards. No important sessions should be had after lunch so that people can mingle and relax and volunteers can clean up without missing any sessions.

Food might have been donated to the food bank after last year's CyborgCamp, or the homeless shelter down the street. I'd advise these options for this year's.
